Not mine this time. I helped a friend put up his stuff online. His name is Gabriel Balazs and he is a painter, a singer, an illustrator and an all around nice guy. He’s also not competition haha. He does stuff the old way (pencils, actual paint on actual canvas… that sort of stuff). I’ve always been a fan of his and it’s a small way of showing my appreciation. So I donated a little space and a little time and put together a blog/gallery for him.

Just so you know that I’m not just vacationing - I updated a little my web portfolio. Just a couple of websites but I’m lazy so I’ll put more updates when I can

So here goes - this year’s vacation pics from Crete :

This is for Crete in general - the island we spent most of the vacation. Includes a short trip to the temple of Knossos, waterpark, driving around and getting tans

This is at Gramvousa Bay - the westernmost accessible point of Crete. Check out the beach dudes and duddettes.. a trip here is well worth the 3 hour hellish drive over pointed rocks and swerving madly to avoid goats… The most tropical-like place available in Europe.. and the only place where the water is clearer than in pirate movies set in Jamaica…

And finally - this is for Santorini, the island of honeymooners (rich ones). If you ever saw a “Greek adventure” poster - chances are you saw a pic from Santorini. It’s a place worth visiting at least once in a lifetime.

A while ago I went on a trip to the muddy volcanoes in Buzau. Looks like Nevada to me:)

I always seem to put up freebies rather than update with portfolio pieces. Heh.. anyways.. long overdue: about 7 new websites, a logo and 3 new print projects. They’re in no particluar order, some are really old now..some are wip’s….

I made this whole thing for you people.. and didn’t finish it in time. My computer broke down… long story - anyways just got back online so I figured… as long as I made it.. why not upload it - even though it’s a bit late now. Uber awesome vacation - Rhodes has the largest waterpark in Europe…and some of the hottest beaches ever (any way you care to take that). Only bad thing was there was not enough time to do everything. A visit to Rhodes is well worth the money spent (Just stay away from the “double” fruitpunch - it’s the size of a fair aquarium and costs abot 60$) - that’s tourist traps for ya….
